Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-cut arrows or special-order items.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.

  • Opened broadheads, scents, or food-based products for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Start a Return

  2. Carefully package the item, including the return form and proof of purchase.

  3. Ship the item to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size, color, or item? Let us know within 30 days.

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and inspect your return.

  • Shipping fees may apply for exchanged items unless due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
